RealLink offers a low flat-fee of $2,500 to list, market, and sell your property. $1,000 is paid upfront when we list your property. $1500 is then paid at closing along with the 3% commission paid to the agent representing the buyer.

Our Process:
1. Free Consultation: Meet with a member of our team, discuss the process, determine a list price for your home.
2. Pictures! A RealLink team member will take photos of your property to accompany your listing.
3. Listing: Your home is officially on the market! We’ll keep you updated with feedback, offers, and other information along the way.
4. Contract-to-Closing: Our team will be working behind the scenes to ensure a seamless transaction, from inspections to appraisal to closing.
